Welcome to Eventure! These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website https://www.eventurebd.com (the Site) and any purchases you make from us. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and place orders. By using our Site, you confirm that you are of legal age in Bangladesh.

 3. Products & Pricing

- We try to display product images and descriptions accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen.
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order will be honoured.
- All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative.

 4. Orders & Payment

- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when you receive the product.
- When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not an acceptance of your order. We may cancel your order if the product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
- You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. Eventure is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

 5. Shipping & Delivery

- We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh using reliable courier services ( Sundarban Courier, steadfast courier).
- Delivery times are estimates (typically 5–7 business days). We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our control.
- Once the courier picks up the package, risk of loss passes to you. However, if the package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

- Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it carefully https://eventurebd.com/policies/refund-policy.
- In short: you have 30 days to return unused products in original packaging. Refunds are processed via bKash/Nagad/Rocket.

7. Account & Security

- You are not required to create an account to place an order. However, if you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

 8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our Site to:
- Violate any Bangladesh laws or regulations.
- Infringe our intellectual property ( copying product descriptions or images without permission).
- Transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.

 9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (text, images, logos, product designs) is owned by Eventure or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Eventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided as is. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. However, we stand behind our products – if a product is defective, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue as per our Refund Policy.

 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
