 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eventure. We want your order to reach you safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully.

 1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is confirmed (payment received for COD orders is confirmed when the order is placed).

> Note: For heavy or bulky items, delivery may take 1–2 extra days. We will inform you if there is a delay.

 2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

- Standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The exact amount will be shown before you place your order.
- Free standard shipping on all orders of ৳2,000 or more. Most of our products (including the JSD Dash Cam) qualify for free shipping.
- Expedited shipping (faster delivery) may be available for an additional fee. Check options at checkout.

 3. Order Processing

- We process orders within 1–2 business days after you place your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

> If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

4. Delivery Process

- Our courier partner will call you before delivery. Please answer their call.
- We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be canceled and returned to us.
- For security reasons, the courier may ask for a valid ID (NID) or confirm your mobile number. This is to ensure the right person receives the order.

 5. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside Bangladesh. We sell only within Bangladesh.

 6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

- If your item arrives physically damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you (including return shipping).

 7. Lost or Missing Packages

- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, or if there is no tracking update for an unusually long time, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with our courier partner to locate your order or resolve the issue.

 8. Returns & Refunds

- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items (unused, in original packaging).
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we pay for return shipping.
- If you change your mind, you pay for return shipping.
- Refunds for COD orders are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

9. In-Store Pickup (coming soon)

We plan to offer free pickup from our Uttara showroom. We will update this policy when available.
