Warranty Period: 1 Year (12 Months) from the date of purchase.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects, technical malfunctions, and hardware failures.

Provider: Eventure (Authorized Distributor).

Warranty Type: Service Warranty (Free repair or replacement).

  • ✅ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • ✅ Technical malfunctions affecting device performance
  • ✅ Hardware failures (camera, sensor, connectivity issues)
  • ✅ Software issues preventing normal operation
  • ✅ Device not powering on (non-user caused)
  • ✅ Quality issues with video recording

Note: The warranty covers the product itself. Accessories (cables, mounts) are covered for 30 days.

  • ❌ Accidental damage (drops, impact, water/liquid damage)
  • ❌ Physical damage (cracks, scratches, broken parts)
  • ❌ User-caused damage (improper installation, misuse)
  • ❌ Damage from electrical surges or power issues
  • ❌ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • ❌ Normal wear and tear over time
