30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it – unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at support@eventurebd.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Since we primarily operate on **Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Refunds will be processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket (to your mobile number).
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refund will be sent within 7‑10 business days to your mobile wallet.
- No cash refunds will be given at the time of return pickup.
> Note: If you paid by any online payment method (credit card, etc.), the refund will go back to that method automatically.
